How organizer sponsorship works

  1. The organizer invites an existing team or creates a claimable team placeholder.
  2. The contact connects an existing GameBall team or claims a new permanent Free Team Core.
  3. The organizer is charged only when participation is activated.
  4. Sponsored access covers competition-required tools for that event—not the team’s private advanced workspace forever.

Privacy stays with the team

Organizers receive only the roster, staff, schedule, result, and communication information required to operate the competition. They do not receive family contact lists, medical or emergency information, team finances, or private Team HQ records.

Families and players are never charged a seat fee.
