The handbooks, Digital Vault and Team HQ use the same roadmap, so Managers, Coaches and Trainers can find their work without learning three different systems.

1 Pre-Tryouts Appoint the core staff, accept tryout registrations, book ice and establish the season's official requirements.
2 Tryouts & Team Formation Evaluate players, communicate decisions and turn the selected group into an eligible, contactable team.
3 Pre-Season Prepare families, practices, people, equipment, travel, finances and safety before the regular schedule begins.
4 Regular Season Run the recurring practice, game, development, communication, finance and safety work of the season.
5 Playoffs Confirm eligibility and logistics, then prepare each game and series without losing the team's normal controls.
6 Post-Season Recognize contributors, review the year and close property, finances, records, access and handoffs.
Tournaments & Travel A cross-season workspace for event selection, entry, rooming, meals, schedules, transport, call-ups and away-venue safety.
